My guess is, riding on FRANK RD, most likely without LIGHTS......and being 19 is just asking for a set of tire tracks across your back. Poor kid.

a return to training

I've started training again after the birth of number 3. I hope you all bought Mt. Dew stock in July.

Some notes:
- Riding the trainer while watching Spongebob Squarepants ain't too bad. That guy is funny. (Although Gary is the real comic genius on the show.)
- Riding the trainer while watching Dora the Explorer is impossible. Doesn't that girl know anything? She keeps asking me all these questions. If she was on her own, she couldn't explore her way out of a wet paper bag.
- Spinning classes are okay. But people are way too nice to each other in there. Everybody's alway saying things like, "Way to go, you are looking great. Yea!!!" Shut up and suffer, dammit.
- Kyle can ride cross tubies at 38 psi. I can't.

It'll get better.
